man i love bruce lee he was the greatest in my mind there hasn't been anyone close to the power he had.

Bruce Lee was a head of his time as all of the other legends. He had reached a spiritual realm within the martial arts as other unknowns have and was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to display this to the world through film. There will be no other of such. I thank him, by his influence have I abated several lifetimes.

The World of Martial Arts lost a great man when Bruce died. The Loss was that the Masters and Students of Martial Arts never fully understood that Bruce was trying to make all of the Martial Arts Greater by encouraging them to Think outside of the Box that they dwell inside of thinking that their way is the only way. Perhaps someday the World will be Ready. One thing is for Certain. He will never be forgotten.

Bruce Lee was way ahead of his time in his way of thinking, Probably the forerunner to MMA. For that we should be grateful. But his skill level wasn't on the same level as Grappler Rickson Gracie, or Muay Thai Master Sken Kaewapdung.

I was born between 6-8am on November 27, 1969 outside of New York City...
Bruce Lee was 29yo and on the other side of the US when I was born.
Now, some of you may say "So What?". Well, I have had a nagging drive to learn martial arts almost all my life so it seems like a very weird coincedence.

Bruce Lee is my inspiration! My first encounter with martial arts was when I was twelve and I read a biography on Bruce Lee. I had just got back from school and read it from cover to cover without a break. That was the first book I had ever read and since that day I have been obssessed with the study of Martial Arts. The man's dedication and self-belief still amazes me to this day. He managed to do handle all the 'ordinary' things in life such as a relationship, children, bills ect ect and pursue his dream and never quit on it even though he had only his telling him he could do it. I'm now 25 and I have a son who is three and a girlfriend plus a mortgage and a dead end job. I have my dream too and its because of this man and my Dad that I know I can do it. Thank you Bruce Lee, you lived life honest to yourself, fully and always followed your heart.

I was a major Bruce Lee fan in the 1970's and early 1980's...I studied all of his books and his training methods. Of course, I also enjoyed all of his films.
In my early twenties I was being reared as an Olympic hopeful in Tae Kwon Do, before a permanent injury to my hand left me unable to continue.

i have a bruce lee skateboard from the 70's and im not sure where it came from and i cant find any info on it. it belongs to my dad and im trying to sell it on ebay. if anyone has any suggestions for me please let me know what you think.

Its funny how some of these MMA fighters like for instance Kenny Florian, think that Bruce would not do well against them. My oh my how they are mistaken.
